For employment based visa applicants, the worldwide EB-1 category moved forward 2 1/2 months and other worldwide EB categories remain current. For traditionally backlogged countries, see below:
CHINA: There has been some slight movement in the EB categories, the average advancement varying from 1 to 4 weeks.
PHILIPPINES: There is a slight (2 week) movement forward for workers in the EB-3 category for the Philippines.
INDIA: Again we see huge backlogs for India in the EB categories. The EB-1 and EB-3 priority dates froze while the EB-2 category advanced by 3 days. EB-5 for India advanced 4 months.
GUATEMALA/HONDURAS/EL SALVADOR: The EB-4 category did not advance at all.
MEXICO: The only real movement for Mexico was a slight advancement in the EB-4 category by 2 weeks.
