For the past 20 years we have helped families from around the world to find the right visa solution tailored to their needs. We help keep families together. Our services include family petitions in the following situations:
- Spouses sponsoring spouses
- Parents sponsoring children
- Siblings sponsoring siblings
There are several types of family visas depending upon who the primary sponsor is.
For immediate relatives of U.S. citizens, IR visas are available to spouses, unmarried children under 21, adopted children, and parents of children who are at least 21 years old. Visas are immediately available to the beneficiaries of an IR visa petition. All other relative petition types are subject to visa availability under the Family Sponsored Preferences below.
